Hey I was wondering what everyone's fav AG flick was. I've only seen a few of her films (The Way She Moves, To Live Again, Double Jeopardy, and Mystic Pizza)....out of those my fav would have to be The Way She Moves...I recently recorded Wyatt Earp and I'll see that one pretty soon I figure....just gotta find the time.

BTW- donating some money to Proboard must have worked to keep away those annoying ads so it was worth it to me!
I don't have one favorite movie- it all depends on my mood. I love Shag and The Way She Moves if I want something really fun- I can just throw them into the VCR and watch just a couple of scenes for a good laugh or a smile without watching the whole thing. The music and dancing scenes will put me in a good mood for hours!Steel is another fun movie where she is has lots of enjoyable scenes. Pursuit of Happiness is an excellent movie that is both funny and touching.
My favorite dramas are Desert Bloom, When He's Not a Stranger, True Women, What Love Sees and A Death in the Family- all very emotional and uplifting stories where she plays appealing women who overcome adversity.
I am looking forward to seeing her in Race to Space and Gods New Plan (and a couple of other older TV movies that I hope get rerun sometime)!

SunReyes... I've only seen DJ, and that was just because it was a major film and she had a part in it.
Most of her films show on the cinema channels as those are her period dramas. I *was* going to see Desert Bloom. I set the video and everything, but my mum wanted to watch something else and I forgot to get up for the AM viewing. *sniff* Oh well, I'm always on the look out for her films!
Oooh! I just realised that I can buy them off Amazon.co.uk I always think that I need a credit card, but I can use my Solo card, which is cool because they're really cheap there!! I've already registered and added all her films to my faves! I'll buy them all, one by one. I think I'll get The Last Supper first, that seems to have got good fan reviews. Oh, and What Love Sees. That looks sweet. I'm looking for more of hers, so I'm buying them all in bulk next month!! I'm so addicted, I have to have them!
Ooh, you donated to Proboards, afw?? I wondered where the ads have gone. I've got a tally of how many ad-free pages are left. I might have a look how to donate - ads are really annoying! Thanks again! You didn't have to, but thanks!

For me it's "The Last Supper" I think. But I totally adore "Shag", "Steel", "Race to Space" and "Mystic Pizza", too. I've seen most of them countless times and still can't get enough <lol>. "Desert Bloom" is a really good one, too. Same goes for "When he's not a stranger" . And of course there's always "Mayday" <lol>. I love all of those movies, but "The Last Supper" is just... my little obsession . Oh and Becky? If you get that movie, you have to tell me what you thought about it, 'k?

Ah, it's always a pleasure Becky . This is such a nice place afterall .
The scene I quoted in my sig is one of my favourites in the whole movie. I've seen this movie very, very often now, trust me <lol>, but I still end up laughing everytime. The different reaction of all the characters... very cool . Really good movie. And wait till you heard all the nice sountrack featured in the movie .

Cool, Sabrina! Thank you! I love that quote and can't wait until I hear Annabeth say it! I love movie soundtracks, especially if they are as good as the ones for 'American Beauty', 'Girl, Interrupted', and 'Playing By Heart'. I love those kinds of soundtracks, so I hope I'll like this too! I might even go out and buy it! Yay!
I'm going to order The Last Supper via the net tomorrow, and I'll probably get it in the weekend, or on Monday. I'll watch it and tell you what I think. I'm sure I'll be chatting about it for weeks! Then, I don't know what other movies to get next.. Hmm.. Any recommendations? ???
Speak soon! Thanks.
Oh, love your picture avatar, by the way! :D

Heya Becky! I just wondered if you have seen the film by now! Cause I saw it last week and I'm in love with this film! Wheee! Kinda dark humour, but I DO like it! Hehe! And I can't stop laughing at several scenes! Yay!
Hmmm... any other recommendations? Totally "The Way She Moves"! Cause this is SO my favorite film! And dude, she can dance! OMG!! And "Desert Bloom" was really touching! She's so good in it! ... like always... But it was her first film and she's just brilliant! Aaaaw!
Well, you should see all her films, that's for sure! I'm working my way through the filmography! Hehe!

My fave movie with Annabeth is "The Last Supper" and "Nixon", though "Nixon" isn't my fave because of her, actually. I just really liked the movie itself, I love such modern history dramas.
I really like her audiobook "Summer Sisters" (Judie Bloom's one), she has a nice voice
I would kill to see "Desert Bloom", it's been my idee-fixe for quite a long time...
